Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. Should anything not be quite right then you can contact us at info@theoldmillcollection.co.uk within 14 days of receipt.
If you wish to return your purchase, please get in touch so we can approve your request. We cannot accept returns without prior approval. If the item is damaged in any way, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. With all return requests, we ask for proof of purchase and any images of any damage. We do not offer free returns. Return postage is paid by the customer.
Please ensure you carefully check all product dimensions, specifications and descriptions on the product page before placing your order. Many of our products are handmade and dimensions are clearly stated to help you make an informed purchase. We cannot accept responsibility for items ordered in the wrong size where the product dimensions have been provided. If a return is accepted in these circumstances, the customer will be responsible for all return postage costs.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests made more than 14 days from the date of receipt.
Please include your name and address (including postcode) inside the parcel with the reason for return stated clearly. We suggest returning parcels using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as we can accept no responsibility for missing goods.
Once the parcel has been received, we will refund your order within 14 days of receipt. We will not refund the postage and packaging charges incurred in returning the item to us unless it is faulty. In the case of faulty goods, we will offer a full refund, including reasonable postage costs incurred by the customer if proof of payment is provided.
