PRODUCT CARE
Here are a few tips to help you take care of your home fragrance products.
CANDLE CARE
We use a blended wax with Rapeseed & Coconut Oil (RCX) due to its environmental impact being significantly less than any other wax. This is a natural wax which does not contain any additives or enhancers. Please be aware that it is common for imperfections to appear after burning.
To the get the best out of your candle we recommend the following;

Before each burn pinch off the top of the wick to avoid black residue spreading onto the surface.

Minimum burn time: 1 hour is recommended or until the wax has melted all the way across the top.

Keep the flame away from moving air, do your best to avoid burning your candle near windows, fans or heavy trafficked areas, as this can disturb the flame and cause an uneven burn.

Maximum burn time: No longer than 4 hours.

Never leave your candle lit after the wax has melted away as this can cause the container to overheat and explode.

Always keep out of reach of children
DIFFUSER CARE

Room temperatures can alter the performance for your diffuser, higher temperatures can increase the scent throw and speed up use.

Reed Diffusers usually last between 3 – 4 months, we recommend turning the reeds every 1 - 2 weeks.

Always use gloves to maintain your diffusers, always wash your hands after handling.
OAK PRODUCT CARE
Due to the natural process of wood products absorbing water and warping, we ask that you refrain from placing ANY of our oak products in the dishwasher or soaking in water for any length of time.​

To clean your products, please use wood friendly antibacterial solution only.
​
Keep away from raw meat products.
​
Please note, Tung Oil is used (Oiled Oak Option) therefore may not be safe of those with nut allergies.
OAK WAX MELT BURNER CARE
Must not be used with a lit tealight for longer than 2 hours & must not be left unattended.

Please be aware not to touch the burner or cup/dish for a minimum of 1 hour after burning.
​
All of our oak products come with a care card, customers are encouraged to read this in detail before use.
TEALIGHT HOLER CARE
Must not be used with a lit tealight for longer than 2 hours & must not be left unattended.
​
​
Please be aware not to place tealight holders within any wax melt burners.
